Our Story
Founded on Doing the Right Things — Since 1993
HR Advisors, Inc. was founded by Lorraine Reafsnyder in 1993. Her passion shone through in her enthusiasm to do the right things for her clients, and for her clients to do the right things for their employees. Over the last 30 years, the company has grown to serve more than 1,000 businesses.
In 2002, Lorraine developed our flagship product, HR On Demand — unlimited telephone and email access to a dedicated team of HR professionals providing hands-on guidance in hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations, and other employee issues.
In honor of Lorraine's accomplishments, the Legacy Leadership Internship Program was created in 2022 to help develop and mentor the HR leaders of tomorrow through hands-on experience at our full-service consulting firm.
